Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products using natural materials, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. Please understand that variations in color and shape are unique characteristics inherent to natural materials.
Return shipping costs are covered by us if the issue is our responsibility. For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
